The Hotel Manager Alan is a personable young French man who makes an effort to greet every guest in the hotel. And his team of guest relations ambassadors, one in particular Karen, is what I say, should be role models and standard across the hotel industry. Resort setting - if you haven't been to paradise, this is it. So there u go. Summed up - Visit at your own risk - because u may never want to leave!
